I WANT TO PUBLISH A NOVEL!

Some people have a gift for writing- you only have to visit a library or bookstore to see how many there are.  Are you one of those people?  Like any talent, there are many things to learn about writing and publishing, whether it's writing for children, or becoming an author of fiction or non-fiction.

Join us on Saturday, November 9th at 2 for a presentation by local author Susan Sloate.  Ms. Sloate is a wonderful inspiring speaker and will share her knowledge about editing.  This is an important step in getting your novel or book published. She will speak about how to get feedback, the importance of usage, grammar and spelling and how to know when your work is complete.

OCTOBER CALENDAR FOR MT. PLEASANT

October is a very busy month!  Charleston County Public Library is encouraging everyone to read Divergent by Veronica Roth.  We will be having many activities.  We hope that you will participate in some of them.
