The public libraries have reopened except for the West Ashley Branch, which had some flooding during the storm.
If you are tired from picking up limbs and debris, come into the library and relax with a magazine or a good book.
There will be no overdue fines from Oct. 4-Oct. 16th, so don't worry if you weren't able to return your books during Hurricane Matthew.
