Letter: ‘Doing it right’

service is alive and well at the Mount Pleasant branch of the Charleston County
Library. I am a retired citizen who uses the Mount Pleasant library about three
times a week.
I
check out books, movies, and eBooks. The staff is unbelievably helpful and
friendly. The amazing thing is this is a government agency, yet the level of
service surpasses many for-profit businesses. Someone there (actually everyone)
is really doing it right.
