Get Advice for Managing the Hectic Holidays

The holidays can be a time of joy, laughter, happiness, and spending time with loved ones. It can also be a logistical nightmare between shopping, holiday parties, numerous casseroles needing to be made, and gifts to be wrapped, just to name a few of the additional tasks on the never-ending to-do list. How can you make it through and enjoy some goodwill toward men and peace on earth?

Jeannelle Perkins-Muhammad, a Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist/Counselor, of TMI Counseling and Coaching, LLC, will host a 1-hour seminar teaching practical techniques to make your holidays merry and bright instead of Bah! Humbug. The Dealing with Holiday Stress Seminar will be held at the Mount Pleasant Regional Library, 1133 Mathis Ferry Road, on Monday, December 12 from 6 to 7 p.m. and Monday, December 19 from 1 to 2 p.m.

If you'd like more information about the program you can comment below, call (843)849-6161 press 2 for Reference, or come on by the Mount Pleasant Regional Library.
